Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous mechanical knowledge or experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset but is not a necessity.

Duties:
– Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner

– Very strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers is essential
– Assist customers with service and rental inquiries, service appointments, rental bookings and product information

– Assist technicians in communicating recommended or require work, price jobs and act as a liaison to customers
– Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions
– Assist dealership management in general duties as required
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service, previous dealership experience is an advantage but not a necessity.

– Very strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and manage customer expectations is essential

-Long term experience in the fast foot and/or quick service industry is considered favourable
– Mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair is a plus

– Proficiency in cash handling procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

– General windows PC operating proficiency and typing ability
